Geological Time

How old is it? Thousands of years? Billions of years? Is the answer written in ink and paper? Or is it written in rock and bone?

Was it created by teen-age aliens in a drive-by? Or by a little girl tossing sand on a cosmic beach? Every tribe has a genesis story telling us who did it, but never how they did it. And so we look at what is recorded in earth and sky. Will time tell?
